Shipping Address: You are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is supplied at checkout. EcoTotal Pty Ltd is not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times are guides only and subject to courier operations, peak seasonal demand, and regional weather events.
Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to your designated address. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has cleared.
6. Refunds, Returns & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return & Claims Process

Exclusions: Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on opened, used, or unsealed chemical/cleaning products.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Returns or replacement claims for bulk or wholesale commercial purchases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our trade policies and contract terms.
